SHIPPING POLICY

We ship using USPS First Class or Priority depending on the weight and value of the product. We ship Monday through Friday from our warehouse in New Jersey and we ask our customers to allow us 1-3 business days to process and ship their order(s). For your protection, we reserve the right to hold and confirm orders should we feel your identity is at risk and being used for fraudulent activity.  We do not ship on weekends or national holidays so please allow for a longer lead time on orders placed during those times. Typical shipping times range from 4 - 8 business days via USPS. Please note that we reserve the right to require a signature on all orders and know that we are not responsible for items lost by USPS. If your item is lost during shipment, contact USPS.

* Please Note - Customer orders with missing items are subject to shipping without those items, and customers will be refunded within 2-3 business days of their shipment for the missing item.

Also, there may be a delay in processing your order if it gets flagged by our system as a high risk order. At the time of completing your order, you will receive an email letting you know if your order has been flagged as high risk.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees depend on the selection of shipping type and weight & size of the items.

Shipping fees can be seen after an item is added to your cart if you would like to see the exact shipping cost for the item you would like to purchase.Shipping fees depend on the price of the order.

FREE SHIPPING on orders $35 or more.

We offer free shipping on orders that are $35.00 or more only. You can choose Free Shipping while you checkout, after you’ve entered your shipping address. These orders will ship for FREE within 1-3 days. Please note priority will not be given to orders with free ground shipping.

RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss passes to you upon our transfer of the products to USPS.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS

We require signature confirmation on delivery of select online orders. If your item requires signature confirmation, if someone is not available to sign for the package, USPS will hold your package for approximately 5 business days before it is returned to us.  We recommend that our customers keep track of their shipment via USPS.com once they receive a tracking number from us.

APO/FPO/P.O. BOX 

At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and some US territories including Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.  If you are placing an order that is shipping to an APO/FPO address please send an email to support@kidcitystores.com after your order has been placed. This will help us ensure that you receive your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time we do not offer our customers international shipping.

About Undeliverable Packages

If packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a refund (excluding shipping charges).

Customers are fully responsible if any invalid or incorrect or outdated shipping address information provided in order details. Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website. Your package may be returned if the carrier can't access the delivery location due to no access code, call box number, or buzzer information, and can't obtain the information after multiple attempts. The package is typically returned by the carrier or the unintended recipient if the address is incorrect, has typos, is missing information (such as an apartment number or ZIP code), or is outdated (such as a previous residence).Your package may be returned if there is no safe place to leave the package at the point of delivery, where the package is safe from weather and is not visible to passersby. So We Request customer to provide correct Shipping address information.
