Customers have 30 days (from the date the order was shipped) to initiate a return or exchange through kidcitystores.com via phone or email. A refund will only be issued for unwashed & unworn merchandise. Please keep in mind the tags must also be intact for apparel and boxes must be unopened for toys and electronic devices. If any merchandise is not returned in the specified condition, the returned order will be reshipped to the customer.
If you want the refund to be applied to a gift card, we have that option as well. The original shipping cost will not be included in your refund. Customers are responsible for purchasing his/her own return shipping label. Email your return tracking information to us at email@example.com and a customer service representative will be more than happy to update your order. RETURNING OR EXCHANGING YOUR ITEMS (BY MAIL)
Follow these steps:
- Repack the items you would like to return/Exchange. Please include the invoice with requested changes or reason for return.
- Purchase a shipping label from your mail carrier, using the below listed return address.

(Please note: The item(s) must be returned in the same exact condition it was sent and must be brand new, unworn and with its original packaging.)
After your return item arrives at our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for us to initiate your refund. (Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take another 3-5 days for your refund to appear on your account.)
If your items were purchased in-store, they can't be returned or exchanged to the warehouse, they must be returned in-store.
RETURNING OR EXCHANGING YOUR ITEMS (IN-STORE)
Follow these steps:
- Repack the items you wish to exchange/return, along with a copy of your invoice.

- Present the items & invoice to a cashier
Please note: You must have your receipt and the returned product must be new, unwashed, unworn and with all the tags still attached. You must process your return within 30 days of purchase.
We will only accept returns or exchanges for items in new condition. This means the items must be shipped back to us exactly as you received them. No Refunds or Exchanges will be given on any open packages, innerwears, underwears, bathing suits, and sale or out of season merchandise.
Items should be returned new, unworn and with all tags still attached. In addition, all items must be returned in their original packaging. We will not accept merchandise which is not received accordingly.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL
If a package arrives and the box is visibly damaged on the outside, inspect the contents before signing for the package! If you do receive or sign for a package and you later notice that an item is damaged or defective you have 2 business day to report this to our customer service team by phone or email. We will send you a free shipping label to return the item, and we will replace it as soon as possible.
Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your refund, or provide you a credit. Please note that depending on your credit card company it may take another 5-7 business days for your refund to appear on your statement.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on products designated as sale items or final sales. However, if a sale item is damaged or defective we will replace it following the same guidelines for damaged or defective products stated above.
